Return & Exchange Policy
Before We Start
When you shop with Ameoba, you’re part of our crew. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to the terms below.
We may tweak this policy from time to time — so it’s always a good idea to check the latest version before making a purchase.
Return & Exchange Window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Size exchanges are allowed once per product
Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours (where service is available).
If pickup fails twice, you can ship it to our warehouse yourself.
What Happens Next
Every item goes through a Quality Check when it reaches our warehouse.
If it passes, we’ll process your exchange or issue a Store credit.
Exchange deliveries usually take 7–10 working days.
If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose another item or receive a Store Credits valid for 3 months — usable for your next online purchase.
Refunds & Credit Notes
All refunds for returns are issued as Ameoba Credit Notes — sent straight to your registered email.
Service charges of Rs 150 /- are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
COD Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Prepaid Orders are final — no cancellations.
In special cases, refunds will be in the form of a gift card (valid 3 months).
Condition of Returned Items
We love our pieces, and we hope you do too — but if you send them back, please make sure:
They’re unused, unwashed, unaltered.
Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
No stains, odours, or damage.
Sets are returned as complete sets.
15-Day Quality Promise
If your garment develops issues like colour bleeding, print cracks, or stitching flaws within 15 days of purchase, let us know.
We’ll arrange a pickup and replace it. After 15 days, replacements or refunds won’t be possible.

Our Special “ CRYPTIC CAPSULES ” Rule
For our CRYPTIC CAPSULES — all sales are final.
Contents are random; you may get something you already own.
No exchanges/returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours with photos and your order ID.
Pre-Booking Policy
For pre-booked items — all sales are final.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Estimated delivery dates are provided but may shift due to production or logistics delays.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged/defective claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.
Ameoba reserves the right to verify claims and decide the best resolution.
