Order Processing

 Please allow 48 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification.
 Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled — so double-check your size, style, and address before confirming checkout.
 Ameoba does not process or ship orders on Sundays or major Indian holidays.
 You will receive an automatic order confirmation email right after you purchase. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
 Due to high demand and limited runs, items may sell out even after checkout. In that case, we’ll issue a full refund to your Store Credits. Store Credits may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

 All orders pass through our security checks and can be cancelled by Ameoba at any time if flagged.

Once processed, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Shipping times may be longer during special releases, blind drops, major holidays, or sale periods.

 

Pre-Booking /CRYPTIC CAPSULES Policy

 Items marked as Pre-Booking or CRYPTIC CAPSULES are charged in full at checkout.
 Production timelines are estimates — drops are made in small batches, so delays may occur.
 All Pre-Booking or CRYPTIC CAPSULES orders are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
 No cancellations, no modifications — it’s part of the drop culture.

Shipping Methods

 India: Complimentary 3–8 day standard shipping after order processing.
 International: We ship worldwide. Duties, taxes, and fees depend on your location. For estimates, check with your local customs office or view them at checkout.
 All international orders ship via DHL Express / UPS / equivalent courier. Shipping times don’t include the 48-hour processing period.

Lost Packages

Once the courier confirms delivery, Ameoba is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All risk passes to the shipping carrier at handover.

 All sale, CRYPTIC CAPSULES, or special release items are final sale — no returns, no exchanges.
 Ameoba reserves the right to extend, modify, or end markdowns without notice.
 No price adjustments will be made if an item you purchased later drops in price.
